Running Amuck!

Happiness is happy kids. If this is the case, I think we're all deleriously happy in this house! This is a typical evening in our house. Lately, Tucker has taken to running faster than his balance will take him, in part because he has to to get away from Cameron. You will see them fly by and then Tucker will fall in a heap and end up on his face because his legs can't go as fast as he'd like. He has been one bruise after the other since the day he was born. He also has reocurring ear infections and the only way that I know he has one is because he will be standing there and then just fall in a drunken heap. Not the most coordinated child, but largely due to the ear infections....we hope.

Welcome to my new blog! I follow a few of my friend's lives on their blogs and I think it's awesome. So, one of my 2009 resolutions was to record more of myself through a blog. This is it! It only took me until January 18 to get started, but here I am!

As I speak, it is a Saturday afternoon. Tucker has an ear infection and will not sleep, Cameron has spent the night with my parents and is not in any hurry to come home, and Matt is at Lowes getting supplies for the kids swing set/fort that was supposed to be built last summer. It is coming along nicely and I am hoping to be able to send the kids out to play shortly, if only this inversion would lift and it would warm up about 30 degrees.

I am not a cold-weather person. I am moody when I'm cold. I never mind the heat and can't wait for tank tops and flip flops. Well, I'm gonna post this for my first entry and hopefully if you read on, you will find that my life is worth following...I think it's pretty good!
